Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com , all Ticketmaster Outlets, the New Orleans Arena Box Office, or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Ticketmaster Express, Ticketmaster's national IVR automated phone line, is a quick and easy self-service method of buying tickets. This line is available 22 hours each day, 7 days a week! This self service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

Wal-Mart Ticketing Centers
Beginning in June 2011, tickets will be available for purchase at the following Wal-Mart locations in Southeast Louisiana:

Will Call Procedures

Will Call Hours

Will Call tickets can normally be picked up beginning 2 hours prior to show time on the day of the event.

Will Call Location

Will Call is located at the main box office on the ground level of the Arena.

Requirements for Picking Up Tickets from Will Call

A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets.
It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Traveler's Check.

Ticket Policies

Re-entry policy
Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Arena, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed.

Children's Admission
Please refer to the event information page for that specific event

Duplicate Tickets
Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed into the New Orleans Arena.

Lost/destroyed/damaged tickets
If proof of purchase can be obtained, then the ticket can be reissued on the night of the event only with proper ID.

Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges will be made unless there was a change to the date or time of the show. All refunds are done at point of purchase.

Ticket Reselling (or Ticket Scalping)
Ticket reselling/scalping is strictly prohibited. Ticket reselling (or Ticket Scalping) on or around the New Orleans Arena property will result in the immediate removal from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
