Accessible Parking & Seating (ADA)
Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot 3, next to LaRouge Street. We have 1 regular handicap space and 6 van handicapped spaces. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card. Please refer to the ADA Pamphlet located under the Arena Information tab for more information. For a link to the parking map, please click here. Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating and removable armrest seating are located in various sections and levels throughout the New Orleans Arena. Please refer to the ADA Pamphlet located here under the Arena Information tab for more information. Please identify yourself as a disabled guest upon purchasing tickets. Only one companion/escort may accompany a disabled guest into designated seating areas.
The ADA Facilitator can be contacted at (504) 587-3916 or ada@superdome.com. Requests for aid and service should be made at least ten (10) business days prior to event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill a request if made less than ten (10) business days in advance of an event.
ADA Seating Relocation Policy
If you buy or intend to buy a ticket on the secondary ticket market that is not for a designated accessible seating location or if you are using a season ticket holder’s non-accessible ticket for an individual game, please call the New Orleans Arena Box Office at 504-587-3822 for information on accommodations. You should call at least several days before the game to give you the best chance to be relocated to accessible seating. Please be aware that while SMG will attempt to accommodate you however possible, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available relocation seat for you. SMG is not in charge of ticket sales for some events, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional seats at events, particularly those events that are sold out. If you encounter an issue during an event with your ticket or seating, please visit the Guest Services Desk located at Section 108.

Animals
Animals and pets are prohibited in the New Orleans Arena with the exception of service animals assisting ADA patrons.

Baby Changing Stations
There are 3 family restrooms which can be found at East Ground Level, on the 100 Level at Section 108 and on the 300 Level at Section 310. Each of these family restrooms is equipped with baby changing stations.
Banners/Signs/Flags
Banners/Signs/Flags may be allowed if they meet the following conditions: • They are in good taste • They are not deemed offensive • They do not include profanity • They do not obstruct the view of any guests or any existing Arena signage • They do not present a safety hazard The New Orleans Arena reserves the right to request removal of Banners/Signs/Flags at any time. Banners/Signs/Flags of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission from Building Management. Please note these conditions may change at any time due to event specifics, Show Management requests, etc.
Box Office Location & Hours
The Main Box Office is located on Ground Level (Girod Street). These windows are typically open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 4:30PM (subject to change). For Box Office hours on the day of an event, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Charitable Donations
Charitable Donations may only be collected on New Orleans Arena property by an agreement between Building Management and Show Management.
Children's Entry
Children’s entry policy is left to the sole discretion of the Show’s Management. Please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Concessions
All concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Centerplate. Outside food and/or beverages of any kind may not be brought into the New Orleans Arena. Please refer to the Food and Beverage page here for more information.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards, with the exception of Discover card, are accepted at all permanent concession stands and the box office.
Parking is cash only.
Directions
Door Opening
Door opening is at the discretion of the individual Show Management. For door opening times, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Elevators & Escalators
There are (5) passenger elevators conveniently located throughout the New Orleans Arena. Escalators are located in close proximity to the entry doors.
Emergencies and Evacuations
The New Orleans Arena has in-house Security services 24-hours a day. Security Control for New Orleans Arena is located at the West loading dock located off of Magnolia Street. In case of an emergency at the New Orleans Arena, please call (504) 587-3901.

Entrances
The New Orleans Arena has four public entrances that are typically utilized for most events: • NW Ground Level (Girod St.) • NE Ground Level (Girod St.) • North 100 Level (Girod St.) • East Ground Level (Le Rouge St.)
Entry Inspections
Pre- Event Screening Depending upon the nature of an event or when considered necessary by SMG and Show Management, a visual or full search will be conducted by New Orleans Arena Security on all patrons prior to entering the building. Patrons not willing to comply with search procedures prior to entering the New Orleans Arena may return their tickets immediately to the Box Office for a refund. Visual Search A visual search consists of the following: the patron being asked to open any coats and/or purses/bags of any type. Security will visually scan all patrons as they enter the New Orleans Arena for contraband (see Prohibited Items heading for a listing of items). The patron will be asked to dispose of the item(s) prior to entering the New Orleans Arena. Patron may be detained if item(s) discovered is of illegal nature. Full Search A full search consists of the following: the patron being asked to open any coat and/or purse/bag and also being physically patted down or screened with a metal detector. If contraband is detected, the patrons will be asked to dispose of such item(s) prior to entering the New Orleans Arena. Patron may be detained if the item(s) discovered is of illegal nature.
Event Booking
First Aid
Acadian Ambulance Service provides complete first aid/paramedic services during all New Orleans Arena events. First Aid Stations are located at Section 123 on the 100 Level and Section 313 on the 300 Level.
Food/Beverages
All catering and concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Centerplate. Outside food and/or beverages of any kind are prohibited. Concession stands are conveniently located throughout the New Orleans Arena. For full concession menus by level, please refer to the Concessions page.
Group Sales
New Orleans Hornets Group Sales: Call (504) 525-HOOP (4667). Or refer to the Hornet’s Group Sales page.
Guest Conduct / Guest Courtesy
Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate removal from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
Guest Services
Guest Services booths are located adjacent to Section 108 and Section 310 for your convenience.
Hearing Assistance
Assistive Listening Devices can be retrieved at the Guest Services booth located at Section 108. Identification is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.
Lost and Found
During an event, patrons should visit the Guest Services booth located at Section 108 for Lost and Found information. After an event, patrons may call Security Control at 504-587-3900 for more information.

Merchandise
The Hornets Team Store is located on Girod Street on the ground level immediately in front of the New Orleans Arena. The hours of operation are 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. The Hornets Team Store is also open during all New Orleans Hornets home games.
Event merchandise, when available, can be found at kiosks conveniently located throughout each level of the New Orleans Arena during events.
Parking
The Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena Complex has four (4) parking garages for public parking, which can accommodate approximately 5,000 vehicles. The Parking garages and surface lots are adjacent to the Louisiana Superdome and the New Orleans Arena. The public parking garages are designated #1, #2, #5 and #6. The parking map can be found here.
Re-entry and overnight parking are prohibited. Solicitations of any type as well as unauthorized tailgating are strictly prohibited. Vehicles of any kind parked illegally or in restricted areas are subject to tagging and towing without notice.

Patron Conduct
The following behaviors or activities are causes for eviction from the New Orleans Arena: • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside New Orleans Arena • Unacceptable dress • Public drunkenness • Entering or attempting to enter any “off limit” area such as the playing surface, stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex • Participating in a fight or instigating a physical or verbal altercation • Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or Building Management • Throwing objects of any type • Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets • Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs • Smoking indoors

If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s). The New Orleans Arena will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted.
Restrooms
The New Orleans Arena has 24 women's restrooms, 20 men's restrooms, and 3 family restrooms conveniently located throughout the New Orleans Arena.
Seating Capacity and Charts
The New Orleans Arena has flexible seating configurations with the ability to accommodate in excess of 17,000 attendees. Seating charts can be found here. For event-specific charts, please visit Ticketmaster.
Security

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted on the exterior of the following areas only: • 100 Level (across from Sections 101-102) • 100 Level (across from Section 108) • Capital One Lounge (exterior patio)
Solicitation
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on New Orleans Arena property without prior, written authorization from Building Management.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed into the New Orleans Arena. Patrons may check in strollers at the Guest Services booth located at Section 108. Patrons may keep strollers with them in the seating areas as long as it does not impede walkways or sightlines of other patrons.
Suites
The New Orleans Arena has 56 suites, plus the Hub Club. To inquire about suite ownership, please contact the New Orleans Hornets at (504) 525-HOOP (4667).
For specific events, a limited number of suites may be available for rental on a one-time basis. Please call 504-587-3663 or email julie.lee@superdome.com for one-time rental availability for specific upcoming events at the Arena.
Tailgating
Tailgating is not allowed on New Orleans Arena property and parking facilities.
Ticketing
Sixteen (16) ticket windows are available in the Main Box Office located on the Ground Level (Girod Street). Normal business hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 4:30PM. When attending an event at the Arena, tickets for upcoming events may be purchased at the ticket sales window located on the 100 level across from Section 108. Tickets can also be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster Outlets, the New Orleans Arena Box Office, or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000. For ticket-related issues prior to entering the New Orleans Arena, patrons should proceed directly to the nearest open box office location. For ticket-related issues encountered once inside of the New Orleans Arena, please proceed to a Guest Services booth, located adjacent to Section 108 and Section 310 for your convenience.

Wheelchairs & Wheelchair Escorts
The New Orleans Arena has a limited amount of wheelchairs available for patron use on a first come, first served basis. A valid driver’s license is required to check-out a wheelchair. Check-out location: Guest Services near Section 108 on the 100 Level. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. The New Orleans Arena does not provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs.
