Accessible Seating & Ticketing Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating and removable armrest seating are located in various sections and levels throughout the New Orleans Arena.
Please identify yourself as a disabled guest upon purchasing tickets. Only one (1) companion/escort may accompany a disabled guest into designated seating areas.

ADA Seating Relocation Policy If you buy or intend to buy a ticket on the secondary ticket market that is not for a designated accessible seating location or if you are using a season ticket holder’s non-accessible ticket for an individual game, please call the New Orleans Arena Box Office at (504) 587-3822 for information on accommodations. You should call several days before the game to give you the best chance to be relocated to accessible seating.
Please be aware that while SMG will attempt to accommodate you however possible, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available relocation seat for you. SMG is not in charge of ticket sales for some events, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional seats at events, particularly those events that are sold out. If you encounter an issue during an event with your ticket or seating, please visit the Guest Services Desk located at Section 108.
Accessible Parking Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot 3, which is located across from the East side of the New Orleans Arena off LaRouge Street. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card. To view the parking map, please click here.
Hearing Assistance Assistive Listening Devices can be retrieved at the Guest Services Booth located at Section 108. Identification is required to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.
Sign language interpreters can be arranged by the ADA Facilitator. Please allow at least ten (10) business days to fulfill this request (see contact info for ADA Facilitator below).
Guests with Visual Impairments / Service Animals Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the Arena. Please identify such animals to Guest Service Staff upon entry.
